International Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 2–5 days and is expected to arrive within approximately 10–20 days.

FBM (Orders fulfilled directly by us or a logistics partner — air shipping only)

· Inventory is managed by us directly, and products are packed and shipped according to each order.
· Orders are shipped either from our warehouse or through a designated logistics partner.
· Best suited for short-term promotions, small-batch orders, or brands with special shipping requirements.

Shipping Information

· International shipping is available. Orders will be delivered to the address you provide, including home delivery.
· Inventory and shipping plans can be flexibly adjusted based on order volume.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

This is us is not responsible for customs, taxes, duties, or other charges. These fees are set by your local government, and we have no control over or ability to adjust them. If you have any concerns, please contact your local customs office.

Return to Sender (RTS)

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or any other reason, This is us reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee. If you choose to receive a refund instead, we will refund the product cost, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact thisisus18thisisus@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee successful interception once the order is in process.

If the error is not corrected prior to shipment, a re-shipment fee will apply.
