Returns & Exchanges

At THIS IS US, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to help! You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or model and wish to exchange your item, we offer two convenient options:

Option A: Standard Exchange (Return Required)

You can ship the item back to our headquarters in Taiwan at the address listed below. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out the correct model to you.

(Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping and reshipping costs. We are not responsible for incorrectly placed orders.)

Option B: Express Replacement ($10 USD Fee – No Return Needed / Recommended!)

To save you high international return shipping costs and the hassle of mailing the package back, you can simply pay a $10 USD shipping and handling fee. You do not need to return the original item, and we will send you a brand-new replacement in the correct size right away!

Returns for Refund

If you would like to return your item for a full refund, please review the guidelines below:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return postage fees unless the product arrived faulty or incorrect.

Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

How to Return:

1.Contact us at thisisus18thisisus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address above.

3.Reply to our email with your shipping tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.

4.Once received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If we sent you the wrong item or if your package arrived damaged, please email us immediately at thisisus18thisisus@gmail.com with photos, and we will make it right at no extra cost to you!
