1. Product Compatibility
Q1. Which MacBook models are these cases compatible with?
Please check your MacBook model (found at the bottom of your Mac, starting with “A” followed by four digits) and select the corresponding option (MacBook Air / Pro and year).
Q2. Which Apple Watch sizes are the bands compatible with?
Please confirm your Apple Watch size (38/40/41mm or 42/44/45/49mm). Our bands are clearly labeled with the supported sizes.
Q3. Will the case affect charging or heat dissipation?
No. The case is designed with precise cutouts for ports and ventilation holes, ensuring normal charging and cooling performance.
2. Material & Quality
Q4. What materials are the cases and bands made of? Will they fade?
MacBook cases are made of PC hard shell, TPU, or leather overlay; Apple Watch bands are available in stainless steel, leather, and silicone. They will not fade with normal use.
Q5. Will the case or band scratch my device?
No. The inner layer is designed to prevent scratches when properly installed.
Q6. Do embroidery, marble, or leather styles require special care?
Yes. Please avoid prolonged exposure to water and use a dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals.
3. Installation & Usage
Q7. How do I install or remove the MacBook case?
The top and bottom covers are separate pieces that snap on easily. To remove, gently lift from the corners to avoid applying excessive force.
Q8. Are Apple Watch bands easy to change? Will magnetic bands fall off?
Yes. Our bands use quick-release designs for easy swapping. Magnetic bands have strong hold and will not detach during normal use.
Q9. Will the MacBook case affect the opening and closing of the screen?
No. The thickness has been tested to ensure smooth opening and closing.
4. Care & Cleaning
Q10. Are the Apple Watch bands water-resistant?
Silicone bands are water-resistant. Leather and embroidery styles should avoid prolonged water exposure.
Q11. How should I clean a MacBook case?
Use a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid alcohol or harsh cleaning agents.

Q12. Do you offer customization? How long does it take?
Yes. We provide custom designs or text engraving. Production takes about 7–10 days.

Q13. How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom items require additional production time.
Q14. Can I return or exchange an item?
Non-customized items can be returned or exchanged if unused. Customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Q15. What should I do if my item arrives defective?
Please contact customer service within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
